Spring Flag Football is a 5 on 5 non-contact sport suitable for ages 5-18. Uniforms and mouth guards are provided with the cost of player registration. Parents will be responsible to provide cleats for their child to wear during practices and games. 

DIVISIONS

This year we will be running 6 combined gender divisions: U08, U10, U12, U14, U16 & U19. *We can not open spaces if a coach has not yet volunteered*

The player division is determined on the player’s age by the end of 2023.
